Why Do You Require A 4-Month Commitment?

Gut and hormone healing takes time! Our top priority with every client is to help them achieve lasting symptom resolution and guide their body to a place where they can maintain these results in the long run.

We need adequate time to fully address symptom root causes and to get women to an amazing place at the end of the program. This timeline allows us to work through our process thoughtfully and support women in developing sustainable, health-promoting habits they can maintain for life.

How Much Does The 4-Month Program Cost?

Working in 1-on-1 comprehensive functional nutrition program requires an investment of $875 per month. This includes a GI-MAP stool test and hair tissue mineral test (HTMA).

Additional functional lab testing may be recommended based on the client's goals, symptoms, and past health history.

Do You Accept Insurance?

No - we do not accept insurance directly. You can use an HSA, FSA or any major credit card to pay for working together. We do offer payment plan options for the program.

Why Do You Build Functional Lab Testing Into The Cost Of The Program?

Functional lab testing is a core component of The TWN practice, which is why we include it in the cost of our 1-on-1 program. Our approach is unique in that we tailor lab testing recommendations specifically to each client.

We do not provide a cookie-cutter approach or protocol. The advanced functional labs we recommend for you are determined by your symptoms, health history, and insights gathered during your introductory call and initial appointment.

These tests offer in-depth information that allows us to identify the root causes of your symptoms and create highly personalized recommendations.

Is This Program Restrictive or Time-Consuming?

Not at all. We take an “addition nutrition” approach that’s rooted in nourishment and emphasizes bringing more foods into the diet to support healing. Restrictive diets and unnecessary food elimination are not only ineffective but can also create stress and hinder progress. Our clients are busy and have demanding schedules. As a practitioner, it's my job to simplify and adapt any recommended strategies to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Our work together is designed to reduce stress, not add to it. Our approach enables you to fully engage in life, without being consumed by food-related thoughts or the stress of symptoms.

If you've previously completed functional lab testing with other providers or have had routine lab work done, you can share those results with your practitioner once you become an active client. However, we always conduct baseline functional lab testing with new clients to ensure we're working with the most current data to personalize your recommendations.
