You can use any white fish for this recipe. My favorites are halibut, cod, flounder, tilapia, and sea bass.

1 1 egg
1/2 cup 1/2 breadcrumbs, regular or gluten-free
1/2 cup 1/2 unsweetened finely shredded coconut
1 tsp 1 paprika
1 tsp 1 garlic powder
1/2 tsp 1/2 cumin
1/2 tsp 1/2 salt
1/4 tsp 1/4 black pepper
olive oil, to drizzle
lime wedges, for serving
1 1 mango, cubed and diced
1/4 cup 1/4 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup 1/4 red onion, diced
1 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
2 tbsp 2 fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp 1 lime juice
1 tbsp 1 olive oil
1 tbsp 1 honey
salt, to taste
