1 1 yellow onion, diced
4 cloves 4 garlic, minced
15 oz 15 can fire roasted tomatoes, no salt added
15 oz 15 can crushed tomatoes, no salt added
1 cup 1 vegetable broth (or chicken)
1/2 tbsp 1/2 balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup 1/2 fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp 1 salt
1 tsp 1 pepper
1/4 tsp 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup 1/2 coconut milk (or other milk/cream)
