These bars are an easy one-bowl recipe filled with banana, oats, and chocolate in every bite!

1/2 cup 1/2 unsweetened applesauce (see notes)
1/4 cup 1/4 maple syrup (or honey)
1 1 egg
1/4 cup 1/4 coconut sugar
1 tsp 1 vanilla extract
1 cup 1 quick oats (see notes)
1/3 cup 1/3 oat flour
1 tsp 1 cinnamon
1 tsp 1 baking soda
1/4 tsp 1/4 salt
3/4 cup 3/4 chocolate chips (dairy free, if needed)
