My favorite smoothie ever! I’ve been having this as a snack or dessert all summer long. The almond extract gives it that yummy cherry ice cream flavor. It requires minimal ingredients while packing a TON of health benefits. Cherries are anti-inflammatory, improve muscle recovery (hello post workout!), heart healthy & full of antioxidants, including melatonin.

1 cup 1 frozen cherries
1 tbsp 1 almond butter
1/2 tsp 1/2 almond extract (don’t skip this!)
1/4 tsp 1/4 vanilla extract
few few drops of stevia
1 tbsp 1 hemp, chia or flax seeds
1/2 cup 1/2 almond milk
1 scoop 1 protein powder
1/4 cup 1/4 frozen cauliflower
1/4 cup 1/4 rolled oats
1 tbsp 1 cacao powder (makes it chocolate)
1/2 cup 1/2 spinach
1/4 cup 1/4 greek or coconut yogurt
