My go-to way to prepare fish fillets is cooking them in the air fryer. It keeps the fish tender and juicy on the inside with a perfect golden crust. This method is faster than using the oven and requires way less oil than pan frying. I used tilapia, but feel free to swap it for your favorite white, flakey fish.

1 tsp 1 garlic powder
1 tsp 1 onion powder
1 tsp 1 paprika
1/2 tsp 1/2 salt

olive oil spray
2 tbsp 2 melted butter or olive oil
2 tbsp 2 capers
2 tbsp 2 lemon juice
1 tsp 1 lemon zest
1 tbsp 1 parsley, chopped
